South of Porto-Vecchio, the beautiful white sand beaches of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia are both lined with pretty pine forests and are ideal for relaxing and bathing in the crystal-clear water.

Off the Palombaggia beach are the Cerbicale islands, a nature reserve home to sea birds, in particular crested cormorants.
